All employees are expected to follow safe work practices, as well as adhere to company and client worksite safety policies and proceduresFollow safe work practices and company and client worksite policiesPromote company core values to foster and safeguard family-centric cultureOversee daily operations for multiple regional offices, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies at each locationDrive profitability by analyzing financial performance and implementing growth strategies tailored to each office's needsGenerate new customers and identify business opportunities to expand market presence across all regionsRecruit, train, and develop employees in each office to create cohesive, high-performing teamsMonitor and improve performance, productivity, and efficiency across all regional officesDevelop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow consistently across multiple locationsCollaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain customer satisfaction across all officesPrepare and present regular operational performance reports and business outcomes to senior management, highlighting insights from each officeConduct monthly pipeline meetings with key partners in coordination with sales, ensuring consistent communication across regionsDirect operational aspects for designated geographic areas, including sales, project management, field operations, and customer service in each officeAssess local market conditions in each region to identify current and prospective sales opportunitiesDevelop financial objectives and business plans for each office, including forecasts tailored to their specific marketsMeet goals and metrics set by leadership for all regional officesAchieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across all locationsOversee execution of project management using the work in progress (WIP) report system for consistency across officesManage and minimize regional overhead costs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for each officeForecast labor needs and manage staffing levels to maintain balanced workloads throughout the year in all officesCollaborate with project managers in each region to ensure project profitabilityDevelop and manage budgets for each office, allocating funds appropriately to meet local needsCoordinate with corporate departments (HR, IT, QA/QC, etc.) as needed to accomplish business objectives and ensure legal compliance in all officesEnhance personnel development in each office through training, coaching, and motivational initiativesIdentify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions across offices, leveraging growth opportunitiesHold regional managers accountable for team development and performance in their respective locationsShare knowledge and best practices with other regions and corporate to optimize operations and identify business opportunitiesThe individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 and/or the customer(s)What We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate's or bachelor's degree is preferredPMP or RTPM certification preferredRCDD certification is preferredBICSI technician certified preferredOSHA 10 required. OSHA 30 is preferred7 - 10 years' telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth experience10+ years construction/telecommunications experienceExperience with security, audio visual, videoconferencing, wireless communications preferredProven project management experience on time, on budget, with safety and quality requiredThis position requires the ability to assess information and interpersonal interactions to negotiate business that meets or exceeds client expectations, while providing a profitable revenue stream for E2 OpticsThis position involves considerable decision-making authority and creative problem-solving skills regarding procedures, plans, and schedules. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so.

The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces.
