Managing the performance of digital reporters in a remote capacity, the full-time Area Manager, Digital Reporting will coach and train staff, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure service excellence through quality evaluations and stakeholder collaboration. Key responsibilities Participate in the selection and onboarding of digital reporters, coordinating equipment and establishing expectations Provide coaching and performance feedback, while managing licensure and certifications for digital reporters Conduct education sessions on skills, policies, and compliance, and monitor quality performance evaluations Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience or degree preferred Five years of experience in the legal services industry preferred Knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to learn company technology platforms Understanding of adult training principles and court procedures Ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
