In this role, you will oversee several Ashley locations, ensuring each store delivers outstanding customer experiences, meets sales targets, and adheres to company standards. You will coach and develop store leaders, analyze KPIs, manage staffing and scheduling, and drive execution of merchandising and promotional plans.
Working within a team-oriented, integrity-driven culture, you’ll receive strong support, training, and clear paths for advancement across sales, operations, logistics, and higher-level leadership roles.
