Area General Manager Equity position
This is a very rare opportunity to join a franchise principle as an equity operations partner.
The ideal candidate will have a very solid restaurant operations background at the General Manager level, ideally in the fast casual/counter or possible QSR segment.
Multi- unit responsibility is not a requirement but could be considered a plus, 1-3 location oversight would be ideal.

This is a salaried role with equity stake and will partner with the franchise principle. The franchise is a nationwide brand, high growth in the Richmond and surrounding markets.
If you have 3+ years’ experience at the General Manager level and are ready to be head of operations for a growing franchise then please send your resume.
This role will require a hands-on management style, strong P&L, people, new restaurant opening experience and passion for hospitality.
