Area Finance Director - Maximize Hotel Asset Value

Highgate Hotels is seeking an Area Director of Finance to lead profitability and financial reporting for assigned hotels in the New York area. You will ensure strong internal controls, timely reporting, and regulatory compliance while safeguarding owner assets.

You will hire, mentor and manage finance staff, coordinate annual budgets and multi-year plans, and partner with operations to optimize cash flow and performance across properties.
