H&R Block is looking for a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to lead 4-6 retail tax offices . This role is perfect for a leader who enjoys coaching high-performing teams, improving operations, and making an impact across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals
• Drive client satisfaction, office performance, and revenue growth
• Coach teams to deliver consultative, client-centered experiences
• Manage staffing, hiring, onboarding, and workforce readiness
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and office readiness
• Analyze business metrics and implement strategies that improve results
• Build a strong talent pipeline and develop future leaders

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, service, operations, or multi-unit management
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams
• Experience managing business performance and operational execution
• Ability to lead through change and drive adoption of new processes
• Comfortable working across multiple locations and developing high-performing teams

Salary Range: $59,200 - $74,000 annually, plus eligibility for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
