Area Experience Leader — Lead 4–6 Offices to Excellence

The H&R Block Area Experience Leader will oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistently high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and drive revenue, growth, and operational excellence across locations.

This role requires building high-performing teams, managing staffing, facilities, and compliance, and traveling frequently to maintain in-person presence across offices.
