Area Director: Human Services Leadership & Compliance

Sunrise Group in Des Moines is seeking an Area Director to provide administrative oversight and ensure compliance of programs for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. This full-time role requires at least seven years of supervisory experience in human services, with a focus on leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while a Master's degree is preferred. The successful candidate will mentor managers, develop budgets, and ensure a safe environment for both employees and individuals served.
