Area Director, Field Operations & Strategy

T-ROC is seeking an Area Director to bridge national objectives with field execution across two regions. You’ll lead Regional Managers and partner with the Program Director, ensuring staffing, compliance, and performance alignment in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll translate vendor strategy into local results, monitor KPIs, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Expect up to 30% travel and a strategic leadership role.
