Fellowship of Christian Athletes is seeking a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes. You will lead staff and volunteers, recruit and develop personnel, and align with regional leadership to fulfill FCA’s vision and mission in the assigned area.
You will oversee fundraising, budget execution, and donor engagement while modeling biblical conduct and spiritual leadership.
