POSITION SUMMARY
Superior Tint Works, LLC dba Tint World Store #194 is opening at 160 NJ-17, Upper Saddle River, NJ in early November 2026. In addition to automotive tinting, the store will offer architectural window film solar control, safety/security, and decorative films for homes and commercial buildings. We are hiring an experienced architectural (flat glass) film installer to lead this line of work from day one. This is not an entry-level position: the installer must measure, cut, and install large-format film on flat glass cleanly, quickly, and right the first time, in occupied homes and offices.

DUTIES
- Install architectural window film on flat glass in residential homes and commercial buildings: solar control, safety/security, and decorative/frosted films
- Measure windows accurately, calculate film needs, and cut large-format film cleanly on site
- Prepare job sites: protect floors, furniture, and finishes; set up ladders, scaffolding, or lifts safely
- Work in occupied homes and offices with professionalism clean, quiet, respectful of the customer's space
- Remove old film and adhesive safely without damage to glass or frames
- Inspect finished work for bubbles, contamination, light gaps, and edge quality; fix issues before leaving the site
- Explain film options and care instructions to homeowners and building managers in plain language
- Coordinate with the salesperson on job scope, measurements, and scheduling; flag site issues before install day
- Keep the install vehicle, tools, and film stock clean, organized, and inventoried
- Meet promised completion times and uphold Tint World quality standards

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years professional flat-glass / architectural window film installation experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Proven skill with solar, safety/security, and decorative films; graphics/vinyl experience a plus
- Accurate measuring and large-format cutting; able to handle big panes and tall windows
- Comfortable on ladders and lifts; no fear of heights; able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; able to drive the install vehicle to job sites
- Professional, punctual, and trustworthy in customers' homes and workplaces
- Automotive tinting experience is a plus, not a requirement

TRAINING AND GROWTH
Paid training / on-the-job training on Tint World products and systems. Growth path into lead architectural installer, then crew lead as the flat-glass business grows. Top installer may earn commission on bigger-ticket jobs.

HOW TO APPLY
Email with name, phone number, years of flat-glass/architectural film experience, current/most recent employer, and photos of recent installs if available. Subject: "Architectural Film Installer [Your Name]".
