Required Qualifications:
* State Architecture License & NCARB Registration.
* Minimum of 8 years experience in architectural design, including a variety of project types.
* Expertise in using design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office products.
* Experience with vendor coordination and reviewing specifications.
* Strong understanding of modern architectural and construction means and methods.
* Expertise in construction drawing and detailing for various commercial, industrial, retail, mixed-use, residential, and multi-family projects.
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and client management skills.
* Well-developed time management and organizational skills.
* Experience working within a team in a collaborative work environment.
* Knowledge of building codes, ADA accessibility guidelines, building systems, and construction technology.

* Develop concept and schematic designs into fully realized project plans.
* Coordinate with multiple disciplines and consultants to integrate their engineering systems into the project.
* Conduct thorough code and ADA accessibility reviews.

* Mentor and coach project-level architects and designers.
