Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Project Manager to join a dynamic team in Hoffman Estates, IL. Responsibilities:

• Provide project leadership by applying financial acumen to meet client goals
• Work with all practice areas to develop business and prepare proposals
• Perform routine and timely invoicing on all assigned projects
• Drive permitting and zoning processes and success
• Actively track project performance against schedules and the critical path
• Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements
• Prepare and update project status reports, process invoices, and maintain files

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, organizational management, business administration, or related field required
• Minimum 8 years of direct architectural experience with at least 3 years in project management
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Proficient in project technology and willing to learn new systems
• Understanding of typical project controls such as ERP and CRM systems
• Professional demeanor to present projects to clients and management
