Responsibilities
- Candidate should be a highly productive self-starter who works effectively with team members on multiple concurrent projects.
- Participate in document preparation of complex architectural projects at all phases –conceptual renderings, construction document production, cost estimating.
- Participate in construction administration activities.
- Assist project managers with research, correspondence and consultant coordination.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in the field of architecture preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Lumion and graphic-editing software a plus
- Familiarity with building systems and architectural detailing
- Construction administration experience a plus
- Good verbal/written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must pass federal government background check
