They’re looking for an Architectural Designer with 5+ years of experience who can support space planning, design development, and construction documentation. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, collaborative, and comfortable coordinating with consultants and navigating all phases of the design and construction process.
What you’ll do:
- -Develop design concepts, space plans, and construction documents
- -Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil consultants
- -Support permitting, bidding, and construction administration
- -Address landlord, client, and DOB comments; respond to RFIs
