Architectural Design Manager
Located: Las Vegas, NV (Relocation assistance offered if needed)
$85k-$105k base salary

What You’ll Do
- Lead architectural design direction for luxury homes, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the company’s design vision.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the design team, including hiring, training, and workload planning.
- Collaborate with Construction, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
- Oversee design standards, workflows, and processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Support sales and marketing with presentations, 3D models, visualizations, and other design materials.
- Help establish best practices, guide design reviews, and contribute directly to high-profile projects.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of residential or hospitality architecture experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program is nice to have.
- Architectural license preferred, or actively pursuing licensure but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to coach teams and drive results.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SketchUp OR Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, or Enscape experience is a plus.
