Architect, Spacecraft Structure & Mission Hardware

Muon Space seeks an experienced leader to guide the Bus Structure and Missions team through rapid growth. This role designs, owns spacecraft bus structures, GSE, testbeds, and tailor each to mission needs.

It reports to the Senior Director of Hardware Engineering and requires cross-domain leadership. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with program management skills, experienced in designing and manufacturing low-volume, high-mix products, and comfortable scaling teams.
