Architect of Record – Design Coordination Lead

Mercor is building a broad program of evaluation tasks for construction and property projects. You will author tasks from real drawings, documents and site photos, and create the correct deliverables, including RFI responses, coordination comments, and marked-up sets.

A second reviewer checks your work before shipment. You will hold or recently held roles producing permit and construction drawing sets, with licensed architect status or equivalent experience in the US market.
