A terrific, full-time opening has come available for an Architect with experience in the historic commercial restoration construction arena to join a cutting edge, extremely stable organization. This position would earn a competitive base salary plus bonus , and a great benefits package including competitive insurance plans, paid vacation, sick pay, and other outstanding perks. This position is located in the beautiful Sunset park area of Brooklyn .
- Design internal projects while overseeing outside architects and design consultants
- Track and streamline the architectural design process
- Programming, planning, and designing specific projects
- Prepare renderings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have a BArch with 5 – 10 years Architecture design exp or MArch with 2-4 years Architecture design exp.
- Project manager experience working with outside consultants and contractors
- Strong background in architecture, landscape architecture, signage, wayfinding, lighting, streetscape improvement, environmental graphic, and interior design projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & 3D modeling software.
