They’re seeking an Architectural Designer with 5–10 years of experience to contribute to design development, documentation, and coordination on complex cultural, civic, and residential projects. Ideal candidates have strong Revit skills, excellent design sensibilities, and experience navigating NYC agencies and consultant coordination.
What you’ll do:
- Support design development, detailing, and construction documentation
- Work in Revit across multiple phases of cultural, civic, and residential projects
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and public agencies
- Assist with zoning/code research, DOB submissions, and CA tasks
