Edwards Lifesciences seeks an Azure Cloud Architect to design and implement secure, scalable cloud solutions supporting new product development. Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of scalable cloud solutions meeting New Product Development requirements and regulatory standards
- Architect end-to-end cloud and microservices solutions; partner with stakeholders to assess business needs
- Establish Infrastructure-as-Code practices and DevOps pipelines across all cloud workloads
- Collaborate with Cloud Operations and Security teams to vet solutions prior to deployment
- Conduct code reviews and evaluate emerging technologies for organizational adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related technical field
- Minimum six years of professional experience in cloud architecture or related roles
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services
- Demonstrated expertise with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and automation pipeline design
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages from Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes
Compensation: $126,000-$178,000 base
