Location/Schedule: Richmond, VA | Hybrid, onsite Tuesday-Thursday | Remote Monday/Friday

Why They Need Someone

- Need a strong backup to the current Lead GIS Enterprise Administrator.
- Need coverage across ArcGIS administration, Python ETL, upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support.
Day to Day
- Administer and support production ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
- Validate overnight Python/GIS ETL jobs and troubleshoot failures.
- Support ArcGIS Online, users, groups, maps, Survey123 content, and other Esri applications.
- Handle upgrades, patching, monitoring, licensing, SSL certificates, authentication, and security vulnerabilities.
- Support enterprise geodatabases and SQL/Oracle environments.
- Maintain GIS applications, datasets, integrations, and automated processes.
- Assist with production upgrades, which may occasionally occur after hours.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support.
MUST HAVES
- 3-4+ years supporting/administering ArcGIS Enterprise environments
- Hands-on ArcGIS Enterprise administration, including upgrades and patching
- Python GIS ETL experience using ArcPy and/or ArcGIS API for Python
- Enterprise geodatabase experience with SQL and/or Oracle
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and attention to detail
- Experience supporting production GIS environments, rather than primarily ArcGIS Online
