Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

$15.50-$16.00 depending on experience. As a team member, your personality and commitment to create a delicious experience for everyone plus Arby's amazing offerings in Meatcraft equals the complete sandwich. You'll help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that your service will keep our customers coming back for more.

As an Arby's crew member, you'll play an important role in making sure every guest has a great experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions
• Prepare and serve Arby's menu items according to company standards
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep food preparation areas clean and organized
• Maintain a clean dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and restaurant exterior
• Stock supplies and ingredients as needed
• Package orders accurately for dine-in, carryout, and drive-thru guests
• Work as part of a team to keep the restaurant running smoothly
• Provide fast, friendly, and courteous customer service
• Follow all restaurant policies and safety procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Help wherever needed to support the team

What we're looking for:
