Key Responsibilities for the AR Specialist:
• Support day-to-day accounts receivable functions across commercial and residential properties
• Process invoices with accurate coding, data entry, and approvals
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with vendors regarding payments
• Support month-end close activities related to AR
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and AR best practices
• Manage a high volume of transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills in vendor interactions
Qualifications for the AR Specialist:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, but not required
• 4–5 years of accounts receivable experience in a corporate environment
• Background in commercial and/or residential property management strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
