Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AR Specialist will investigate claim rejections and denials, manage billing discrepancies, and collaborate with insurance carriers to facilitate the resolution of outstanding claims. Key responsibilities Review and triage Salesforce Cases, directing them to the appropriate teams within the Enterprise Follow up on claims rejections and denials to determine causes and next actions Communicate with insurance companies to obtain status on outstanding claims and process appeals Required qualifications Prior experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or healthcare claims follow-up Working knowledge of insurance claim processes, EOBs, denial codes, and appeals procedures Familiarity with payer portals and/or clearinghouses Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce Comfort working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
