AR Specialist — Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, collections, aging accounts, and customer reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve complex AR discrepancies and outstanding balances.
• Conduct targeted collection calls and customer follow-up.
• The AR Specialist will update and standardize customer payment terms.
• The AR Specialist will support AR reporting and tax-related processes.
• Use advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables, to analyze AR data.
• Partner with leadership and internal teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines.

AR Specialist- Requirements

• Accounts receivable experience.
• The AR Specialist should have strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with aging analysis, collections, reconciliations, and forensic AR research.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• The AR Specialist should have the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
