To support the Revenue Cycle Management team, the full-time AR Resolution Associate will work remotely to follow up with commercial and governmental payers on claim issues, ensuring timely reimbursement and resolving discrepancies. Key responsibilities: Examines unpaid and denied claims to identify reasons for discrepancies Communicates with payers to follow up on outstanding claims and file appeals Documents activities accurately and analyzes trends to address root causes of issues in accounts receivable Required qualifications: High School Diploma 1-3 years of relevant experience in medical collections or professional billing preferred Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Excel Working knowledge of revenue cycle and medical terminology Experience with claims review and analysis is preferred
