To maximize cash collections and minimize denials, the full-time AR Research Resolution Representative will research and resolve claims while working remotely and maintaining performance targets and quality scores. Key responsibilities Perform complex duties related to outstanding insurance or contract claims, including resolving claim edits and denials Conduct follow-up with payers and communicate with internal and external business partners through phone calls and web-based tools Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and contribute to the development of company-wide payer matrices and Standard Operating Procedures Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and basic understanding of ICD-10 and CPT codes Experience in medical insurance or billing is helpful but not required Proficiency in using personal computers in a Windows environment, including basic word processing and spreadsheet data entry Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks
