AR Research Representative

To maximize cash collections and minimize denials, the full-time AR Research & Resolution Representative will research and resolve claims remotely while managing worklists, conducting follow-ups, and identifying workflow improvements. Key responsibilities: Research and resolve outstanding insurance or contract claims, maintaining performance targets and quality scores Conduct follow-ups with payers and internal partners through calls and web-based tools, escalating issues as necessary Contribute to team meetings and assist in the development of payer matrices and Standard Operating Procedures Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of medical insurance and terminology Basic understanding of ICD-10 and CPT codes Experience in medical insurance or billing is preferred but not required Proficiency in using computers in a Windows environment, including word processing and spreadsheet data entry
