Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $120.00/hr

This 12-18 month contract role is for an experienced leader to drive a global Accounts Receivable and Collections transformation, including process consolidation, SAP integration, and team restructuring. The position is fully remote (EST hours), offers an open budget, and involves partnering with senior finance leadership to implement best-in-class credit and collections strategies.

Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end transformation of AR and Collections processes across global operations.
  • Consolidate workflows and implement scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive technology transition to SAP, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Develop and implement robust credit and collections policies, reporting frameworks, and forecasting models.
  • Advise on outsourcing strategies for certain AR functions and manage vendor relationships.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Finance leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build and mentor a high‑performing team structure to support long‑term success.
  • Implement global SOPs and KPI dashboards to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and recover aged AR using predictive analytics and process redesign.
  • Spearhead automation and ERP integration projects into SAP.

Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of global process transformation and system implementation (SAP experience required).
  • Strong background in finance operations, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with outsourcing strategies and vendor management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
