AR Collections Specialist

Managing the accounts receivable collections process, the full-time AR Collections Specialist will process incoming payments, monitor overdue balances, and maintain accurate customer account records while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Process incoming payments, including checks, ACH, and wire payments Monitor accounts receivable aging and conduct timely follow-up with customers to secure payment Manage the end-to-end collections process, including customer outreach and updating account records Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in accounting or finance is a plus 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel; experience with NetSuite is a plus Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
