This position is a great fit for someone with 1–2 years of accounting experience who is looking to continue developing their skills in a hands-on accounting environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day accounts receivable and accounting functionsProcess customer invoices, payments, and cash receiptsPost and apply payments to customer accountsAssist with account reconciliations and research outstanding balancesMonitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due invoicesAssist with billing and resolving customer account discrepanciesEnter and maintain accounting data accurately within SAPSupport month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and reportingAssist with general ledger and other accounting tasks as neededCommunicate with customers and internal teams regarding billing and payment questionsMaintain organized and accurate accounting records
