Aquatics Program CoordinatorHours: Part timeWeekdays (flexible which days)3 days 12pm – 6pmWeekends9am - 2pmJob description:The Aquatics Program Coordinator supports the Aquatics Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all aquatic programs.This role is responsible for:coordinating private swim lessonsassisting with instructor and group lesson assessmentsteaching lessons as neededcompleting other delegated tasks to support daily operationsIn collaboration with the Aquatics Manager, the Aquatics Program Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support for the scheduling, staffing, and oversight of all pool programs, including lap swim, family swim, after-school swim, preschool and camp programs (seasonal), as well as private and group swim lessons. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to help maintain high-quality programming and an excellent experience for participants and staff alike.Requirements:3+ years of experience in aquatics as an instructor and/or lifeguard.Pay Rate $20 - $25 and hour.
