The Role
Provide expert, bedside wound care and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across the Northeast. W-2 position with full benefits and mileage reimbursement.
What We’re Looking For
- Must have an active APRN license
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in multiple SNFs and collaborating with facility teams
- Willingness to travel within the state to maintain a full-time caseload of apx 8 facilities
