- Location: Oklahoma City, OK
- Start date : 30-60 days.
- Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm, no weekends.
- Duties : Will provide home visits to Medicare Care patients.
- Patient Population : Geriatrics / HIgh-Risk / Medicare patients
- Support : Full Staff
- PPD : 5-7 visits per day
- Salary : $135,000 + Bonus (Very competitive)
