APRN – Mobile Health Program

Onsite Full Time Bio & Pharmacology & Health

  • Provide comprehensive women’s health services within the mobile clinic setting
  • Conduct patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results as appropriate
  • Provide preventive services, vaccinations, health screenings, nutrition counseling, and patient education
  • Coordinate care and referrals with medical and behavioral health professionals
  • Screen for and manage hypertension, diabetes, anemia, and behavioral health concerns
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the EHR system
  • Support daily mobile clinic operations, including clinical-space preparation, supplies, inventory, intake, follow-up, insurance verification, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, community health workers, and program staff
  • Participate in community outreach and build relationships with local organizations and partners
  • Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and strategic planning as clinical champion for the mobile clinic program

Requirements

  • Master's or DNP Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with completion of an accredited APRN program
  • Current Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) Board Certification through the National Certification Corporation (NCC) or equivalent certifying body
  • Currently licensed or eligible for Missouri APRN licensure
  • Clinical experience in women’s health services preferred
  • Certified Nurse Midwife preferred
  • Experience with EHR preferred
