Summary of Job Duties:We are seeking a Primary Care APRN who will provide comprehensive, adult patient-centered care across the lifespan, including health promotion, disease prevention, acute and chronic disease management, and coordination of care. Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing - Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Two (2) years of RN experience. One (1) year of Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Arkansas; Arkansas APRN License, or eligible for licensure. Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Four (4) years of RN experience. Two (2) years of Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) experience.
• Prescriptive authority and DEA license must be obtained after hire.
• Primary Care clinic experience.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care, facilitate necessary consultations, and ensure timely, appropriate care.
