You'll diagnose, treat, educate, and advocate—bringing your full clinical skills and compassion to every patient encounter.You'll be part of a collaborative care team where your input matters and your growth is supported. You'll also enjoy a consistent full-time schedule (40 hours/week), typically operating on a four-day workweek that prioritizes your work-life balance.Where You'll Make an ImpactConduct comprehensive assessments, including medical, social, and family historiesPerform physical examinations and diagnose acute and chronic conditionsDevelop and manage individualized patient care plansPrescribe medications, therapies, and other treatments based on patient needsEducate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and wellness strategiesOrder, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies including labs and imagingRefer patients to specialists and coordinate comprehensive care when necessaryParticipate in Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) initiatives and quality improvement programsSupport Healthy Connections' broader mission to expand access to high-quality healthcareBecome certified in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and HIV care (if not already certified)Student Loan Repayment OpportunityHealthy Connections is a designated National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site, making full-time providers eligible for student loan repayment assistance.
