Apprentice Program TrainerThe Apprentice Program Trainer is responsible for the execution of training initiatives within the company's Apprenticeship Program, ensuring high-quality instruction and compliance with NCCER standards. This position requires NCCER Instructor Certification and recognized subject matter expertise in the applicable craft disciplines. The Apprenticeship Program Trainer I will collaborate closely with the Apprenticeship Program Specialists and is accountable for maintaining comprehensive knowledge of curriculum requirements, testing procedures, instructional materials, training environments, and safety protocols to ensure effective facilitation and successful apprentice certification outcomes.
