This is one of your main tasks & you should quickly become proficient. Good understanding of how to prep a sprayer & load coatings.JOB BREAKDOWN: Have a thorough understanding of the cleaning procedures & steps to break down a job sites, clean brushes & rollers & store for next day & use & clean out all equipment.APPLICATION: Know how to cut in, roll without flashing, roll with proper stipple, & have a basic skill level with interior spray technique, rolling technique, Int/Ext Stain technique & pressure washing.RequirementsMUST HAVE: Reliable transportation, VALID Driver's License, Good Driving Record (No DUI's or Excessive Moving Violations).MUST: Pass a drug test (excluding marijuana) and background check.
