To support a growing funeral planning center, the full-time Appointment Setting Specialist will engage with warm leads to set client appointments, enhancing their sales skills while working remotely or in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Follow up with warm leads to schedule appointments with local professionals for preplanning services Develop sales skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities Maintain a consistent work schedule that balances professional and personal life Required qualifications Interest in sales and customer engagement Demonstrated common sense, compassion, and empathy in communication Ability to work in a hybrid schedule, with a preference for occasional in-office work in Orem, Utah Comfort with PC operations, software, and video conferencing tools Experience with CRM systems is a bonus
