Minimum On Track Earnings:

• 5 sets per day / 100 per month
• 65% Show Rate = 65 live calls/month
• 10% set → close ratio = 6-7 closes/mo
• $500-700 commission per unit
• $4,000-$6,000 commission per month whilst ramping

About BNB Investor Academy

We help investors turn short-term rentals into real cash flow in 90 days or less. Not theory. Not “someday.” Ninety days. Once they’ve got a performing property and they’re seeing consistent cash flow, we look to move them into our backend Boardroom Offer. Compensation

• Base Salary:
  • No base, although there is a $3k/mo draw for first 60 days
• Commission:
  • $500 per set (Set/closes 1-5)
  • $600 per set (Set/closes 6-10)
  • $700 per set (Set/closes 11+)
  • Paid upon closes, doesn’t matter if payment plan or PIF

• Timezone/Working Hrs:
  • This is a full time, 8 hours / day position with breaks.
    • 8am-5pm US Timezone
