Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Appointment Setter role based in Melbourne, FL. The Appointment Setter will contact prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and other approved channels to schedule consultations for insurance agents. Daily responsibilities include managing appointment calendars, confirming and rescheduling appointments as needed, and documenting all interactions and outcomes in the system. The Appointment Setter will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support lead generation and maintain a positive experience for clients and prospects.
Customer Service skills focused on professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving
Comfortable working in an on-site office environment in Melbourne, FL
Basic computer skills, including CRM or scheduling software proficiency
