Appointment Setters – Amherst, NY

We're building a high-performance solar sales team in Amherst, NY and looking for motivated appointment setters who want more than just an hourly paycheck. Location: In-Office – Amherst, NY
Schedule: Flexible shifts available (Core hours are Monday–Friday + some Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST)
Pay & Earning Potential:
- $16/hour base pay
- $50 commission for every appointment that shows
- Setters averaging 3 qualified shows per day are on pace to earn approximately:
- $5,500–$7,000+ per month
- $65,000–$85,000+ per year OTE
- Uncapped commission structure. Top performers earn more! We reward hustle, consistency, and performance. If you can produce, there's serious income potential here.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Speaking with homeowners about solar energy solutions
- Setting qualified appointments for our solar consultants. All leads are provided
- Working in a fast-paced, energetic office environment
- Competing, learning, and improving every day
