We are seeking Applications Systems Manager will lead the administration, support, and production management of enterprise applications, with a strong focus on IBM WebSphere Application Server and Java-based applications. This role requires hands‑on experience managing enterprise application environments, middleware, JVM tuning, SSL/security, and production support, along with proven team leadership and application management experience. An application leader—not simply a Java Developer or WebSphere Administrator.
Required Qualifications
- Experience has IT Applications Manager / Systems Applications Supervisor / Applications Systems Manager / Application Manager / Enterprise Applications Manager / Enterprise Applications Supervisor
- 4+ years of experience implementing, supervising, and managing Enterprise applications and production environments
- IBM WebSphere Application Server administration
- JVM Tuning / Middleware / SSL / application security experience
