Supporting the onboarding of Project Management Offices (PMOs) to ProjectPlace, the remote contract Applications Specialist Lead will manage application configuration, provide end-user support, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective system design and functionality. Key responsibilities Leads meetings with IT and business areas to gather and document application requirements for new PMOs onboarding to ProjectPlace Creates complex artifacts for system design and implementation while providing maintenance and support for assigned applications Collaborates with vendors to implement necessary application changes and manage support tickets for unresolved issues Required qualifications Associate's Degree or higher in an IT or Business-related discipline, with a minimum of six years of relevant work experience in technical tool administration Alternatively, a minimum of eight years of related work experience in technical tool administration without a degree Experience in creating, testing, configuring, updating, and scripting technical tools or applications
