Job Description:
Develops and maintains the suite of applications and integrations that make up the College's Enterprise System. Troubleshoots reported issues, develops and maintains custom applications and interfaces, resolves system and enterprise application issues, analyzes data, and helps build operational and strategic reports.
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade administrative software on servers. Work with vendors and independently to resolve reported issues. Plan changes across tiered applications and systems from different vendors to minimize negative impact to business operations. Utilize application features such as specific configuration utilities, workflow tools, Windows and Linux scripting, SQL, Visual Basic, and UniBasic programming to meet business needs, resolve problems, and integrate systems. Assists departments with automating business processes. Develop operational and strategic reports.
Requirements:
A four-year degree in computer information systems or related program. Ability to communicate well with others.
