We need people that take accountability for their actions and pride in their work.ResponsibilitiesProviding customer applications training / support in house and at customer's facilitiesPerforms time studies, test cuts, and machine demonstrations as neededPrograming of multi-axis applications utilizing CAM-systemsAssists in reviewing applications aspects of RFQs and turnkey projects and feasibilityProvides sales support at trade shows and open house eventsDevelop leading machining processesProvide customer production analysis and support on site, etcPerforms other duties and responsibilities as requestedRequirementsBS Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field experience.4-6 years' experience in machining and/or trainingKnowledge in the field of 5-axis machiningControl knowledge of CNC controls, Heidenhain / Siemens preferredGood written and spoken English skillsTeamwork and high level of performanceLocation Franklin, WI (headquarter of Hermle USA)Extensive travel is required - 50% (including international)
