To support the development of AI-enabled applications and intelligent automations, the full-time Applications Developer II - AI will design, implement, and enhance digital solutions remotely, utilizing various technologies and collaborating with stakeholders to address business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI-enabled applications and automations across business functions Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements through AI and automation Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience in application development, workflow automation, or systems integration Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code, automation, or AI platforms such as Airtable or Microsoft Power Automate Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data structures Ability to manage multiple assignments while balancing development and operational responsibilities
