Applications Developer

Salary: $60,000 - 90,000 per year

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Information Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• We look for 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
• We need proficiency with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML5, WPF, Kendo UI, and Blazor.
• Experience with Entity Framework and SQL Server is required.
• Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI and Python/Dash is needed.
• We value strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical guidance.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, or business analytics is preferred.
• Exposure to cloud-hosted environments and modern DevOps practices is desirable.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend practical solutions is preferred.
• Interest in taking on larger projects and added responsibility over time is desirable.

• We maintain, troubleshoot, and update applications across the full stack.
• We refactor and streamline legacy code to improve performance and stability.
• We implement small features and enhancements in both front-end and back-end systems.
• We develop and integrate user interface components.
• We maintain and expand server-side logic, APIs, and related documentation.
• We work with databases and data access layers to support business needs.
• We contribute to dashboards and internal business analytics.
• We document code changes and follow established practices.
• We perform assigned out-of-office duties when required.
• We may be asked to follow additional job-related instructions and complete other responsibilities as directed by our supervisor.
